Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, ICF accredited Systemic Coach, Zita is highly qualified and very experienced, she brings a bright and dynamic approach to personal development. Zita is passionate about supporting her clients to find their best self. She has spent the last 14 years supporting high achievers and leading professionals to achieve their best in their work and personal lives, most notably in the area of finance, entertainment and law. Systemic Coaching is a solutions focussed approach – it starts with a deep dive into any blocks from the past that might be obstacles that prevent you from achieving your goals in the future. There are therapeutic exercises to untangle the knots, improve your communication skills and raise your self awareness. Food and Nutrition

A healthy mind needs a contented body, so we will arrange all the meals during your stay, there will be no need for you to worry about cooking. All meals will be prepared by our in house cooks. The food will be sourced locally, fresh, and Italian! Our focus will be to provide delicious, nourishing dishes that will sustain you while working on your vision and purpose.

Art and Creativity

No matter what your occupation the benefits of the creative process are a wonderful way to enhance your mental and emotional well-being and a simple and effective way to play, explore and develop a meaningful relationship with your inner wisdom. The process of making art, be it writing, painting, singing, dancing is good for you. In our always busy, switched on plugged in lives it becomes far too easy to just be a consumer of information. Time to engage in artistic or creative exercises in a non-judgemental, non-competitive environment offers a constructive opportunity to step back from all of that. At Stand Tall we will introduce you to exercises in mapping, automatic writing, automatic drawing and hypnosis so that you can explore your hidden world, the storehouse of gems that will keep you happy and well.

Movement

This is the space where mind and body connect. The mind is the most important aspect of health, it is a universally accepted fact that the mind influences the body and that the body keeps the score. In the moving arts we find that the power and strength that comes from the ability to simultaneously relax and concentrate prepares us best for the demands of modern day living. By introducing Yoga and Tai Chi to the Stand Tall retreat, no matter your ability this refined movement will allow you to integrate and align new healthy thought pathways that will stay with you for a long time after you have returned home.
