The Schedule
The purpose of the Stand Tall retreat is to come into acceptance with life as it arrives, free from anxiety and fear. It is from this place that we can more fully embrace the beauty and wonder of life as it is revealed in each and every moment. With this in mind Stand Tall has a unique format for each day designed to facilitate discipline and flexibility in pace to meet the needs of each participant.

Each morning will begin with breathing, stretching and meditation exercises. These exercises will be gentle as the focus is to support your inner process and change and set you up for a calm, composed day.

Stand Tall is designed to be a workshop and a retreat so there will be time for you to relax by the pool, perhaps you will make new friends, read, journal, have fun. Given the beauty of the environment it can be highly beneficial to support yourself with comforting walks in nature or simply bask in the glory of the beauty around you.
